A technician's skill level and knowledge are a major factor in the outcome of a repair. We are committed to employ the best-trained and experienced technicians that help us provide your vehicle with repairs that are at the top of the industry.

As a body and collision repair facility, the technicians's skill level is critical. A repair facility can have all of the superior and sophisticated equipment in the industry but without a skilled technician they serve little purpose. Forunately, we have found technicians who are highly skilled and competent. We make sure that they feel at home with us and provide them with all they need to be successful. Through our efforts, they have stayed with us and developed their skills to become our head technicians.

We require our paint technicians to be qualified and properly trained. At Magic Autobody, we set high standards before we hire a paint technician. Our paint technician is highly skilled and properly trained.

Expert and experienced technicians are hard to find in this day and age. Based on a national study, there is a shortage of 3,000 technicians every year in this country. In fact, it has been found that the average age of a body & frame technician is 56 years. These facts show that if you have a good technician you had better keep him because it will be hard to find another. Therefore, Magic Autobody provides an employment package that has proved to be superb as our head technicians have been with us for many years. Here are some examples of what we provide:

d. Hire & Mentor young recruits. As we discussed earlier, a shortage of technicians exists every year in this country and it seems to be getting larger every year. Therefore, Magic Autobody has taken the lead in providing leadership and training to young recruits who want to be future technicians. We are able to train and find these qualified recruits by doing the following:

- Hire these recruits as apprentices and have them follow and assist our head technicians.
- Support schools that help provide training, support, to potential young recruits.
